Autumn/Winter Fashion Trends 2017-2018 Shoes for women




Hello my beautiful princes and princesses.!! :) Welcome to another blog post.!! Today we are going to talk about the womens shoes that are trending for the Autumn/Winter 2017-2018 season.!! Let's begin, shall we.? :)

Boots

Let's talk about boots for a moment, this is a situation of two extremes we have here..The most fashionable boots for this season are either the classic ankle high booties or the long over the knee boots. Of course boots of other heights are welcome as well, but these two types of boots are the most on trend right now. Peep toe booties are also in fashion, boots with feathers or faux fur, as well as militaire style boots. Boots with embroidery are still in fashion, so you can rock them.!! :) Last but not least, we have the cowboy style boots, which are back in fashion this season.!! Colourwise we have the fiery red and the pure white dominating the runway, as well as glitter, sequins, rhinestones all over, so it's all about shine.!! When is comes to marerials the most prominent are velvet, silk and satin, and that also applies to other kinds of shoes.













Stilettos


When it comes to stilettos, just like with the boots, velvet, silk and satin are in fashion. Transparent, embroidered, with slogans and extravaganza stilettos with bold details are also on trend.











Pumps


Pumps for this season are sometimes decorated with tassels or shoelaces and are made of velvet, silk and satin, just like the boots and the stilettos, in other words, they are also luxurious looking. Red and white are a very popular colour for pumps as well.






Sports Footwear

We all need some trainers (sneakers) in our lives, whether it is for a hike or a run or pretty much any sports activity. The designers didn't forget about us, and they took some crisp white or some black trainers and decorated them with embroidery, rhinestones, glitter, or studs to make them more fashionable and cute.!! :)

Movie Review: City Lights (1931)

Hello my beautiful princes and princesses.!! :) Welcome to another blog post, today we are going to be talking about the famous 1931 silent film " City Lights " by Charlie Chaplin . Why you should watch it:  This masterpiece is an all time classic movie. Charlie Chaplin, as a filmmaker and actor, is a hard working perfectionist and that is pretty obvious throughout the movie. It is easy to see that he put lots of effort in the creation and filming of this movie. The film is funny, witty, playful, emotional, romantic and visually pleasing, while it depicts beautifully the fashion, habits and lifestyle of the early 1930s to some extent. Charlie Chaplin as the Tramp is a charismatic performer, in a role that will certainly make you jiggle if not laugh at his silliness and clumsiness. At the same time, he remains a hopeless romantic whose kindness and good deeds help change other peoples lives, despite the fact that he ends up paying the price of his kind gestures...
